The five live videos from am apparat are created around a narrow glass table. The performer plays on it with various props such as a reflex hammer, a glass ball and a doorbell. The confined space becomes a film set in which extreme pop pieces are created through shadows, distortion and rapid changes. am apparat confronts us in stylized images and to the point of physical exhaustion with contradictory feelings and states such as euphoria, apathy, irony and hysteria.
