justitia! data ghosts

Welcome to the black box of artificially intelligent jurisprudence! “Justitia”, the technological future of justice, guides the test audience through a futuristic (mind) game with the help of her court avatars. In the interactive, performative installation JUSTITIA! Data Ghosts the aim is to jointly test a possible utopia for man and machine that combines machine precision and foresight with human intuition and judgment. In the third part of the JUSTITIA series, Gin Müller and his team raise questions about technological progress and moral responsibility and allow the audience to participate in the digitalization of jurisdiction. Sooner or later, algorithms will change the justice system. So what do we consider to be a good and fair decision?
